- Description: 125 km cycle; 934 Metres; Turnaround point Renfrew (81 kms); Coffee Neat (100 kms)
- Purpose: Training for RLCT, with focus on distance, time in the saddle, and elevation.
- Weather: 5-14 Celsius; wind NW 15; a mix of sun and cloud
