Sept 05/15: 93 Kms; 3 Hrs 01; 458 Metres; Eight Riders

Just another Saturday, just another beautiful day, just another super ride (ho hum) – on lovely back country roads on fresh new pavement. You just should have been there. Ho Hum! And guess what, this meal is on the menu for Sunday. The dining doesn’t get better than this. Won’t you join us at the table. First setting is at 8 am. Don’t be late.

Okay, so here is the tentative plan for Sunday’s ride (assuming the wind is from S and SW):

Meet at Stinsons at 8am 8am and ride to Renfrew via RR, Castleford, Bruce St; home via Burnstown and White Lake for a total distance of approx 70 Kms. Coffee at Neat Cafe after 45 Kms +/-.

Low twenties C  to start but mid twenties and with some humidity later in the day; winds S & SW at 10.

Why don’t you come out and enjoy this great cycling weather. You know it won’t last. Summer is not going gently into that good night. Let’s wind down the season in style before we have to don the booties, the toe warmers, and ear bands. Now, if that doesn’t motivate you to get out and ride, what will?

Just a reminder, these are ‘no-drop’ group rides. Sunday’s ride will be steady (conversational style) and easy on the legs. If you have had thoughts of joining us and weren’t sure about the pace or the distance, then, here’s your chance. You’ll love it. We all do.

Perth Cyclesportif: Saturday, September 26: I’m not doing this one.

Okay, Ride your bike! Bye bye, ac. Comments always welcome at;
